Cancellation :
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
Holidaymakers who cancel between 14 and 30 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
If the cancellation is made after the dates indicated, holidaymakers will not receive a refund.
Security deposit :
On arrival, the owner will ask for a deposit. This cannot exceed the total cost of the rental. The owner has the right to cash the deposit. It will be returned to the tenant after the inventory of fixtures and fittings has been carried out or sent to the tenant within 7 days, after deduction, if necessary, of the cost of restoring the property to its original condition and the cost of replacing the items and equipment made available. This period may not exceed 60 days. If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant undertakes to make up the difference, on the basis of supporting documents provided by the owner.
